Customary Fee
$150 per 50-minute session.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if your financial situation warrants a fee adjustment.
Payment
Cash/Check, *Zelle bank transfer is preferred method.
Insurance
I do not accept any insurance at this time. I will gladly supply you with a SUPERBILL for my services at the end of each month which you can use to submit for insurance reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
